Powered by Light is an online store operated by Kristin Renee. Throughout these Terms, “Powered by Light,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this online store.
Our store offers apparel, accessories, drinkware, journals, gifts, and other merchandise. Some products are produced and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partners.
Products & Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to present our products, photographs, colors, dimensions, descriptions, and other information accurately.
Because computer and mobile displays vary, we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product. Minor variations may also occur as a normal part of printing, manufacturing, or production.
Product availability, designs, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.
Pricing & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices on our store are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered through our payment processors.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
Order Acceptance
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted or shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product availability, or errors in product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Print-on-Demand Products
Many Powered by Light products are made especially for you after your order is placed.
Because these products are produced on demand, processing time occurs before shipping. Production and shipping estimates shown on our website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Once production has begun, an order may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.
Personalized & Custom Products
For products that include personalization, customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, wording, and other information submitted with the order.
Please review personalization carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors contained in personalization information submitted by the customer.
Because personalized products are created specifically for the purchaser, they may not be eligible for returns or exchanges except when the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
Shipping
Shipping charges and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout when applicable.
Delivery estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.
International Orders
Powered by Light may accept orders from customers outside the United States where shipping is available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise indicated during checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
International delivery times may also vary because of customs processing.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Because many of our products are produced on demand or personalized, return eligibility may vary depending upon the product and circumstances.

Approved refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Cancellations & Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.
Because print-on-demand products can enter production shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, or minimum purchase requirements.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined. Discounts generally cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could interfere with the operation or security of the website.
