So my friend Damon wanted to capture the moment that he asked his beautiful Kelly to marry him. So we scouted out the spot out on Bishop’s Peak in San Luis Obispo where this would all take place. Then it was time. He brought her back to this momentous place, mysteriously hiding a ring box in his sock. He got down on one knee and held her hands. I was a bit far away now with my telephoto lens. So I couldn’t quite hear his words, but could see their faces and hear the “awe” from Kelly. It was hard to keep it together, since these are my close friends, but made it through with laughter and smiles all around. He then surprised her with a Martinelli’s toast and some chocolates and flowers. She could not stop glowing and smiling and he was of course a very happy man! The evening was then followed by a surprise engagement party with their friends! Congratulations my friends! To Damon and Kelly!!!! and an amazing life together. Krista and Cesar’s love story began on a dating site OkCupid.com. They shared many interests and had their first date at Cafe del Sol in Santa Barbara. Neither of them wanted the date to end as they made a strong connection. And over two and a half years later, decided to make it official and say, “I do!”

An amazing, beautiful couple, so in love, met their friends and family at the Santa Barbara Courthouse Sunken Gardens where they were literally surrounded by their guests while they said their vows. The tears were flowing and music playing as Julia walked down the isle. After the ceremony, we headed to the El Paseo Restaurant where everyone danced the night away.
